A cartoon and homage to the 1980s bubblegum card series Garbage Pail Kids, about the pressure on Andy Burnham, who recently ordered a ban on disposable barbecues while prevaricating over banning licences for the Jackdaw and Rosebank oil fields, in the context of unprecedented forest fires in Scotland, England, and Wales.
